Shipping & Handling
Standard orders ship within 1-3 working days.
Customers within the greater Sydney region will get an overnight courier service for orders placed before 9am. (Monday - Thursday)
Orders are shipped using FASTWAY COURIERS from our facility in Wollongong, NSW
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us with your order number, pictures and a description of the damage.
If our product is defective, we will gladly process your return, provided that your claim is submitted within 3 days of delivery receipt.
Shipping the product back is your responsibility.

- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
